Craftmanship
How do you actually make a soda? The question is not often asked and the answer isn't easy either, especially with all the junk we've seen in there for so long. As if it has been disconnected from the idea that our kids were drinking them and that making them naturally was allowed. Weird right? For us, the philosophy is clear: we want to be transparent, both in terms of “what's in there” and “how it’s done”. We work with plants, flowers, fruits, teas and sometimes even spices and essential oils. The infusions reveal the tastes, the fermentation transforms them, and the blends make them exciting.
Our manufacture
You might not be aware but in the beverage industry, in-house manufacturing is not the most popular option. Why? Well not only because everyone agrees that outsourcing avoids a lot of headaches but is also costs way less money and allows you to spend the big money on sales and marketing. The downside of not being home? Well, you can't do what you want, which didn't suit us with all the ideas we had. Having our own factory gives us the freedom to bring our ideas to life how we want. We're in control of the whole process, from recipe development to manufacturing, allowing us to ensure it always tastes the way you like it.
Whether they were born of a spontaneous idea or the simple realization that we thought it possible to do things better or differently, all our products started from a blank sheet of paper and are born of our talented team.
Tasting bar, events & visits
The place
Located in the very heart of our manufacture, with a plunging view over production tanks, the venue is frankly unique, with a capacity of up to 50 people, a 50m2 sun-facing terrace, a fully-equipped bar, and immediate proximity to public transport.

Whether it's a visit, a kombucha workshop, a tasting, or just an afterwork, don't miss out on our next events, and don't hesitate to let us know if you have something in mind you wish to organize. That’s the whole idea of that space.
Privatization
Looking for an out-of-the-ordinary space for your next event? Day or evening, with or without food, including a visit or a tasting? We regularly host all kinds of events (product launches, workshops, team-building, screenings, birthdays, meetings, etc.) and we’d love to help you organize yours!

Recipe creation
Got an idea but don't know where to start? R&D has been one of the pillars of our adventure since day one, and we always have things in the pipeline, for ourselves or for others if the feeling is right. Thanks to our multi-skilled team of maestros, our small R&D lab, and our general knowledge of the industry, we're in a position to help other players develop their products or launch their brands. Not only are we passionate about what we do, but we also know legislation, quality, processes, distribution channels, market dynamic,s and obstacles. Oh... and we've got what it takes to launch your first production (... and subsequent ones) once you're ready ;)
Co-packing
The term is a bit technical, but if you're reading, you probably know what it means. The answer to your question is YES. We can help you in the production of your product if it already exists, or support you in the launch of your project if you're in the early stages and don't have the final recipe yet. We do both. :)
